Every vehicle handled for valet car care is covered by an approved commercial motor trade liability policy with coverage limits up to SEK 10,000,000 per incident.
2. Coverage Scope & Protection Scope
The policy encompasses: (a) Collision and transit damage during valet moves, (b) Paint or mechanical damage sustained during washing or machine polishing, (c) Comprehensive fire, theft, and vandalism protection during partner custody, (d) Third-party property liability.
3. Deductible Waiver for Customers
Customers are completely exempt from deductibles for damage sustained during valet custody. Partner liability insurance covers 100% of verified repair estimates and associated costs.
4. Streamlined Claim Settlement
Claims are managed directly through our dedicated claims resolution desk at claims@bilboglans.se with a guaranteed initial assessment turnaround within 5 business days.
5. Replacement Vehicle Guarantee
In the event that verified damage repair exceeds 48 hours, Bilbo Glans coordinates a complimentary replacement vehicle or equivalent rental reimbursement for the duration of repairs.
