Option 1: Immediate In-App Deletion (Instant)

If you currently have the Bilbo Glans app installed on your smartphone, you can delete your account immediately:

Open the Bilbo Glans app (Customer or Driver).

Navigate to your Profile and select Settings.

3Step 3

Tap «Delete account» and confirm permanent removal.

Option 2: Submit a Web Deletion Request

If you uninstalled the mobile app, please provide your registered account details below to request complete erasure:

Data Categories Permanently Erased

  • Account profile details (Full name, email address, phone number, credentials).
  • Registered vehicles, registration numbers (license plates), inspection photos, and notes.
  • Authentication session tokens, push notification keys, and device identifiers.
  • Real-time GPS routing points and temporary location telemetry.

Statutory Retention and Legal Exceptions

Under Swedish and European law, certain transactional records are legally retained following account erasure:

  • Accounting & Tax Records: The Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen 1999:1078) requires financial invoices and tax audit trails to be retained for 7 years for Skatteverket audits.
  • Payment settlement records strictly required for anti-money laundering compliance (Penningtvättslagen) and statutory dispute defense.
